Space Websites

NASA Kids Club is a website that has interactive games, puzzles, videos, articles, current news, art activities, and information about space related content. The website also has information for parents. The grade level is for students k-5th. This site mixes fun and education and has something for everyone.

Space and Earth Science has information for grade school children. The focus of this website is that learning and experimenting with science can be done anywhere. This site has links to several other web pages that focus on Astronomy resources, interactive games, information, activities, space travel educational program information, and fun pictures.

The Educational sites linked to this website are all activities geared for students grades 3-12. You can learn about stars, comets, planets, galaxies and other space objects. Click on Amazing Space and you will find the Hubble Telescope the major theme of this page. There are activities articles, videos, virtual viewing opportunities of the stars, homework help, and information for parents and teachers.

Planet Fast Facts can be found at Science Kids. This site has information about every planet within our solar system. Students in 3rd through 8th grade will find descriptive information about these "amazing objects" that have catchy illustrations to grab the eye. One drawback is that there is not in-depth information about any one planet.
